Our approach is multi-disciplinary – it combines more than 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, finance, and investment to provide fully integrated financial solutions. Members of the team have a combined experience of over thirty (30) years in the industry.

Dr, Jones Kwasi Ntiamoah – Board Chairman
Dr. Jones Adjei Ntiamoah (ACMA, CGMA) is the Board Chairman of SKAT Partners Limited. He served
in various positions such as Senior Lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Finance, at Accra Technical University. Dr. Ntiamoah holds a Ph.D., a Master of Finance degree, and a Bachelor’s degree. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, (CIMA, UK), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).
He was once the Dean of the Faculty of Business, at Accra Technical University. Before that, he was the Dean of International Programmes and Institutional cooperation at Accra Technical University and a former Head of the Budget, Department of Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Domestic Tax Revenue
Division, and Director of Finance at the Spirits Petroleum Ltd, Tema, Dr. Ntiamoah was once the Head of the Business Studies Department at Regional Maritime University whilst on sabbatical leave from Accra Technical University. He was also a Board Member of Accra Technical University Governing Council from 2014-2020 and also served on several statutory committees of Accra Technical University and Regional Maritime University.
His research interests are in tax compliance, cross-border taxation and taxation involving digital
transactions, and has several peer-reviewed publications in recognized academic journals in Taxation, Finance and Accounting.
He currently lectures taxation and accounting at Accra Technical University an adjunct lecturer in
International Finance on the MSc International Shipping and Logistics Programme at the Regional Maritime University, Accra Ghana, and sits on the board of SKAT Partners and directs the strategic
direction of the firm
Joyce Dzifa Morkpley – Managing Partner
Joyce Morkpley (ACCA, CIT, CA) brings to bear over 15 years of practical experience in accounting and tax administration. She joined SKAT Partners Limited in 2013 after spending two years with an independent tax consulting company. She obtained her Certified Chartered Accountant membership from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)(UK) in 2013. Now a managing partner of SKAT Partners Limited, Joyce oversees all the tax preparation practice of the firm. She also personally prepares complex tax returns as well as conducting ongoing research and tax compliance projects. Before joining SKAT, she worked as an accounts manager, deputy financemanager, and senior accountant in several reputable firms in industries such as financial institutes,oil and gas, and service industries which includes Access Bank, Allied Oil Company Limited and Stellar Lodge respectively for period spanning about 7 years.
Over the years she has gain expertise in accounting processes, tax returns and advisory, and audit and assurance. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration with an accounting option from the University of Ghana (Legon), an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT). She is a practice Tax professional.
Kwame Oppong – Partner
Kwame Oppong (FCCA, ACCA, CA, CIT) is a partner of SKAT Partners Limited and he brings to
bear over 20 year’s experience from high-profile companies in diverse industries in the West Africa Sub-region. Before joining SKAT, he was involved in 100 million-dollar private equity investment project in Ghana and Nigeria where he was instrumental in undertaking project feasibility, financing, accounting, and tax planning.
Kwame also worked as a Finance Manager for a mining support plant hire company, where he expanded the company’s asset base to $25m through strategic capital-raising strategies and instituting strong internal control systems that delivered cost savings. Other consultancy services of which he’s been involved include: assisting in raising 53m Euro as debt and other capital structuring projects and evaluation and tax planning reports for several start-ups and joint venture arrangements expected to commence in Ghana. He worked as a financial accountant in several high-profile firms for almost 8 years.
He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a member of Chartered Accountant Ghana (CA. GH), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT. Gh) and holds an MBA in Financial Services from the University of East London in the UK.
Jude Asante – Partner
Jude Asante (FCCA, ACCA, CA, PGCF) is well-experienced and educated in the finance, accounting, and management of SMEs through Multi-National companies across the UK, and Ghana. Over the years he has shown a proven ability to consistently deliver results, motivate, and drive achievement and
success. He spent his last 5 years working as a Supervisor – Financial Reporting at a Multinational
Company in Ghana listed on the US stock market where his functions included overseeing the proper preparation of financial reports to meet international standards, accounting standards, and good
corporate governance.
Before assuming his current position as a senior accountant, he held various portfolios as a partner in several accounting and auditing firms and also as the officer responsible for branch investment in Ghana Commercial Bank.Jude brings to the team over 20 years of accounting and auditing, tax advisory and monitoring as well as banking experience to augment the already rich team of SKAT Partners
He holds a BSc Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, an MBA in Finance from Leicester University, Post Graduate Certificate in Finance from the London School of Business and Finance, and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants(ACCA)
